Our Story

My name is Hestinn, and I'm just a regular guy trying to navigate life. I have a great job, a wonderful wife, and a life that many would envy. But behind the scenes, I've been battling a silent enemy: insomnia.

After tying the knot, the joy of married life was soon accompanied by the pressures of work and daily life. Every night, I would lie in bed, eyes closed, but my mind racing. 30 minutes would turn into an hour, and then another. I'd often wake up in the middle of the night, tossing and turning for what felt like hours. By day, I'd drag myself to work, feeling drained and struggling to concentrate.

As time went on, I began to notice the physical toll insomnia was taking on my body. My skin lost its luster, and my hair started thinning. I was barely 30, and the fear and helplessness were overwhelming.

Desperate for a solution, I tried everything from medication to aromatherapy, but nothing seemed to work. Then, I discovered meditation, an ancient practice that promised relaxation. I started learning to relax my body and mind, and slowly, I began to identify the root causes of my insomnia: tension in my neck and fluctuating room temperatures.

Determined to make a change, I adjusted my sleep environment, investing in a new pillow and ensuring a consistent room temperature. I also made meditation a nightly ritual, allowing me to unwind and de-stress. Gradually, I found myself falling asleep faster and enjoying more restful nights.
